Christmas comes to Columbus

Christmas was celebrated at Columbus in its usual, inimitable style this year! Christmas celebrations began with the 'Friends of Columbus' Christmas Fayre which was well supported with staff, parents and students running stalls selling a range of festive delights. On College Campus the Christmas show featured songs from 'Oliver!', performance poetry, festive dance routines, choir performances and much more. FE Tutor, Alison Cripsin, led a team of students, staff and 'Friends of Columbus' to create a delicious Christmas Dinner with a menu chosen entirely by the students. Over 200 people sat down to enjoy the lunch after the Reverend Paul Greenland said 'Grace'.  It was a wonderful way to end the term.
