Food Technology in KS4

As a part of our Food Technology lesson, Class 17 went to Morrisons  to purchase ingredients for our project. Arriving at the shop we met the manager,Liz, who kindly provided us with an opportunity to look at the process of making bread in their bakery. We explored the dough for its consistency, colour and smell and then looked at the finished loaf of bread after baking. So now we know what our bread should look like. Many thanks to all staff at Morrisons in Copperfield Road in Chelmsford.
