MFL day for KS2

KS2 had an MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) day in October. Katy made a windmill, as Germany have lots of eco-windmills. Max helped to make boats using German sausages. Jake made a German flag, using paint, tissue paper and crepe paper. Hannah rolled out dough to make gingerbread. Kian played ‘pass the pumpkin’ as the class listened to polka music and then they danced to the music. Archie sewed a shoe after listening to the story ‘The Elves and the Shoemaker’. The teachers in KS2 went around to each of the classes so that all the children could participate in the activities. A great day was had by all!
